How can I view an employee's leave entitlements?

You can do this in two ways:  

Method 1: 

  • Go to 'Employees'. 
  • Select the employee from the list on the left. 
  • Click on 'Settings'. 
  • Select the 'Leave rights' tab. 

Method 2: 

  • Go to 'Employees'. 
  • Select the employee from the list on the left. 
  • Click on 'Personal calendar'. 
  • Move the mouse pointer to the remaining leave to the top left of the calendar. 
  • Click on 'Details' for a detailed overview.
