What is HR Selfservice Overtime?

Updated by Chris Storms

HR Selfservice overtime allows you to record when your employees have performed extra hours. The extra hours can either be entered by the employee himself, by the line manager or by HR.

Approval of performed overtime is done by the same approver as for absences.

You can set what happens to approved overtime.

Are they paid out? Then the overtime hours are forwarded to Payroll at the end of the month.

Are they entitled to be recuperated? Then a recupertation counter is automatically raised. This recuperation can then be recorded again as absence.

A combination of the two is of course also possible, e.g. 50% paid and 100% recuperation.

To support flex systems, you can also ensure that the performed and recuperated hours remain purely within HR Selfservice and are not forwarded to Payroll.
