Farewell, FLA. We hardly knew you.

As you may already be aware, at the end of last year the government decided to abolish the Federal Learning Account. We have now disabled the link between HR Self-service and the FLA for all customers. The training courses registered in HR Self-service will of course remain unchanged.
Please note: only the mandatory central registration of training courses has been abolished. However, the Labour Deal also introduced the training plan, the individual training entitlement and the individual training account from 2023 onwards.
These obligations remain in place until further notice and are still supported by HR Selfservice Training.
The next “technical” steps are to carefully remove the FLA code and required fields from HR Selfservice.
