Usage and invoices

HR Selfservice is invoiced yearly based on the number of active users.

What is an active user?

Every employee that is not set as "Inactive" under Access rights

Your first invoice.

When starting with HR Selfservice you'll receive an invoice with

  • the set-up cost
  • an advance invoice for the current year based on the number of active users at startup.

E.g. you start using HR Selfservice end of March with 10 users

You'll be invoiced for 9 months x 10 users x 3,30€

Your next invoices.

You'll typically receive your next invoice in February. This invoice will consist of two elements

  • the advance invoice for the current year, based on the number of active users in January, extrapolated for the full 12 months
  • the settlement invoice for the previous year. The actual number of users of the previous year is settled versus the number of users assumed in previous years advance invoice.

HR selfservice allows you to check the number of active users month by month under Organisation > Usage and invoices
