About HR Selfservice Training

The Training module in HR Selfservice allows you to manage the training within your organisation

What does the module do?

  • As an HR or training manager, you can:
    • Enter the training courses to be followed and followed by each employee
    • Create a catalogue with training courses employees can register for.
  • An employee can
    • register for a training from the catalogue
    • propose a non-catalogue training that he/she wants to attend or has attended.
  • Link with the Belgian Federal Learning Account (FLA)
    We are currently working on a link with the Belgian Federal Learning Account (FLA) so that by the time all your trainings need to be registered in the FLA, you can do so by the push of a button in HR Selfservice.
