About HR Selfservice Training
The Training module in HR Selfservice allows you to manage the training within your organisation
What does the module do?
- As an HR or training manager, you can:
- Enter the training courses to be followed and followed by each employee
- Create a catalogue with training courses employees can register for.
- An employee can
- register for a training from the catalogue
- propose a non-catalogue training that he/she wants to attend or has attended.
- Link with the Belgian Federal Learning Account (FLA)
