How do I manage public holidays, bridging days and other collective closure days?

For Payroll employees  

Public holidays, bridging days and other collective closing days are allocated under the 'Company' tab and 'Planning' in Payroll. 

The changes you make to this type of planning in Payroll automatically show up in HR Selfservice Absences. This ensures that the planning calendars are always up-to-date in HR Selfservice. 

 

Note: In the event of any changes to the planning in Payroll, you may need to manually adjust the counters in HR Selfservice.  

 

For external staff members  

  • Go to 'Employees'.  
  • Select a staff member from the list on the left.  
  • Go to 'Settings'. 
  • Select the 'Contracts' tab.  
  • Click on 'Add annual planning'. 
  • Select the planning calendar and the planning calendar start date.  
  • Click on 'OK'.
