Add your HR selfservice calendar to another calendar application.

This article explains the steps required to add your HR Selfservice calendar URL into another calendar application. Please refer to this article on how to obtain the URL.

Outlook 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 365

1) Launch Microsoft Outlook.

2) Click 'Calendar' bottom left.

3) Click 'Open calendar at the top and then click 'From internet...'.

4) Paste the copied link into this screen and click OK.

5) Ready. The absence calendar is now available in Microsoft Outlook.

 

Outlook 2007   

1) Launch Microsoft Outlook calendar 2007.

2) On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.

3) On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.

4) Paste the Internet Web address you copied.

5) Click Add.

6) In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK.

7) Ready. The absence calendar is now available in Microsoft Outlook.

 

Gmail / Google calendar

1) Log in to www.gmail.com.

2) Click Calendar at the top.

3) In the left navigation bar, click on the arrow next to 'Other calendars.

4) Select the 'Add by URL' option.

5) Paste the copied link into this screen and click 'Add Calendar.

6) Ready. The absence calendar is now available in your Google Schedule.

 

Hotmail / Outlook.com   

1) Log into www.outlook.com.

2) Click the Outlook.com logo in the top left corner and go to 'Calendar'.

3) Click 'Import' at the top.

4) Click 'Subscribe' on the left.

5) Paste the copied link (URL) into this screen and give the Schedule a suitable name. Then click 'Subscribe'.

6) Ready. The absence calendar is now available in your Outlook.com calendar.

 

 Lotus Notes

1) Start the Lotus Notes schedule.

2) Click 'Views' in the 'Calendar' menu.

3) Select 'My Calendars' and then 'Add a Calendar' in this menu.

4) Click the 'iCalendar Feed' in the 'Add' drop-down menu.

5) Paste the copied link into this screen.

6) Give the calendar a suitable name.

7) Click the OK button.

8) Ready. The absence calendar is now available in Lotus Notes.

 

ICal   

1) Start Calendar.

2) Click on the menu "File".

3) Choose "New Calendar Subscription" in this menu.

4) Paste the copied link into this screen.

5) Adjust the 'Auto-refresh' interval to 'Every 15 minutes' so that this calendar can be updated automatically.

6) Click on "OK".

7) Done. The absence calendar is now available in Calendar.
