How can I create an absence report?

  • Go to the 'Reporting' tab.  
  • Click on 'Absences'. 
  • Enter 'From' and 'To' dates for the report. 
  • If necessary, filter by: 
  • Department 
  • Code (absence type) 
  • Status (requested, approved, rejected and so on) 
  • Click on 'View report'. 
  • If you want to edit the report in Excel, select 'Download selection' or 'Download selection with attachments'.
