Storage space and file size
To protect the HR Selfservice platform from inappropriate use, a number of restrictions have been built in in terms of maximum file size.
General
Each client has 200 MB of storage space per active employee.
So if you have 10 active employees, you can store a total of 2000 MB of documents. We take the average into account here: for one employee you can have 500 MB stored, for another 10 MB. As long as the average is below 200 MB.
Attachments for absences or expenses are not counted. There is also no limit per folder.
Per file.
One file can have a maximum size of 10MB. This is ample for text files or scans.
You can also upload several files at once. Even then the rule applies that a file may not be larger than 10 MB. In addition, the sum of the files uploaded simultaneously may not exceed 200 MB.
