What is e-signing in HR Selfservice?
E-signing in HR Selfservice lets employees sign documents online (e.g. employment regulations, car policies, GSM policies etc.).
The electronic signature of a document always starts from "Documents" in HR Selfservice. The signed documents are also stored there.
To be able to sign a document, an employee needs to have access to the Documents module. Please note: this access is billable. If this employee did not already have access to another functionality of the personnel file, you will be charged for it.
To be able to have a document signed by an employee, you need to be an administrator of Documents. As an administrator you can also sign documents yourself.
