What is an observer?
The observer role is a read-only role that allows someone to
- consult the team calendar (including the details of the absences)
- consult the leave balances (from the team calendar)
- generate reports
... for a certain department.
Attention.
An observer only has access to the data through the team calendar or through reporting. The names of the employees will not appear in the left hand menu as is the case for the "act as..." role.
