Federal learning account error messages

This is an overview of the most common error messages that the Federal Learning Account can return.

Error code
Explanation

00024-232

This coworker’s national registration number is not known to the Federal Learning Account.

FLA15-450

A future training course has been forwarded with the status “Followed”. As you cannot know this yet in principle, this is not accepted by the Federal Learning Account. You can change the status in HR Selfservice.

FLA15-272

You have entered a training course with the same name for the same period (a “double” training course). The Federal Learning Account does not accept this. If this is the intention, it is best to change the name of one of the two training courses.

00024-179

This coworker’s national registration number is not known to the Federal Learning Account.

FLA15-260

You have entered an impossible number of hours within a set period. Example: 36 hours for a 1-day training course.

00014-017

SD Worx does not have the authorisation (a “mandate”) to sumbit your training data to the Federal Learning Account for the company number mentioned in the email. Contact your Payroll consultant to start the application process for a Federal Learning Account mandate.

00011-155

90059-002

The training title is too short. It should be at least 3 characters long.

90059-003

There is a problem with the national register number under which the employee is known in HR Selfservice. Contact support@sdworx.com.

00011-041

There is a problem with the company number under which your company is known in HR Selfservice. Contact support@sdworx.com.
