How can I view an employee's contract details?

  • Go to 'Employees'. 
  • Then select the employee from the list on the left. 
  • Go to 'Settings'. 
  • The employee's personal details sheet will appear. 
  • Click on the 'Contracts' tab.   

You can't make any changes for Payroll employees on this page. Changes to the employment contract must be entered in Payroll and are reflected in HR Selfservice Absences after 'Check for Payroll updates'.  

 

On this page, you can assign a new work schedule or new planning calendar for 'external' staff who are not managed in Payroll. You can also close the contract here.
