How does onboarding work for the future employee?
As soon as you, the HR manager, have completed the ‘New hire’ wizard, the future employee will receive an e-mail containing a link to a web form.
Once the form has been sent to the employee, you as the HR manager can no longer make any changes to the form until the new employee returns it.

In this web form, he/she can complete his/her personal details as well as upload the requested documents.
The new employee can choose to save his/her data temporarily or send it back to HR.
