This widget concerns the documents functionality within HR Selfservice. It shows the amount of storage you are using (you are entitled up to 200 MB per employee) as well as the number of open signature requests.
This widget is only available for documents admins.
The Team tab as a whole is only available for admins, approvers and delegates.
