What is the signature folder?

The Signature folder lists all documents that have been signed or are yet to be signed.

Think of this as "shortcuts" to the "real" documents that can be found in the respective folders where they were saved.

  • At the employee level, you will find all signed or yet to be signed documents of this employee.
    Employees > Documents
  • At the organisation level (only for administrators) you will see all signed or yet to be signed documents of the entire organisation.
    Organisation > Settings documents
The signature folder shows all documents that the employee has signed or has yet to sign even if you have kept them in a folder to which the employee does not have access. After all, as an employee, it is important to maintain access to the documents you have signed.
