What is 'Tasks and workflows'

The “Tasks and Workflows” feature helps you organise HR processes in a clear and consistent manner.

A workflow consists of one or more tasks related to a specific employee. These tasks are automatically assigned to the appropriate colleagues, each with useful information such as a due date, optional reminders, notes and attachments.

You can create a workflow entirely from scratch, or start from a pre-made template.

This allows you to handle typical processes such as onboarding, offboarding or contract changes quickly, correctly and always in the same way.

‘Tasks and workflows’ is currently still under development and only accessible to a limited number of customers. Not all functionalities are available yet.
As soon as ‘Tasks and workflows’ is available to everyone, we will let you know immediately.
