Folder access rights
As an administrator for Documents, you have full acces to all folders and all documents.
For every personal folder you can define the acces-level for employees
Hidden
Your employees do not see the folder.
Remember : as an admin you will see this folder when opening an employee's Documents
Read only
Your employees can see the folder and open the documents in the folder. They can however not add, delete or change the documents.
Read write and delete
Your employees can see the folder and add and delete documents within the folder.
You can manage the employee's access rights under Organisation and Documents settings
