How can I ensure that the data relating to a particular individual is no longer exported to Payroll?
- Go to 'Employees'.
- Select a staff member from the list on the left.
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Click on the 'Contracts' tab.
- Select a contract here and untick the 'Export' option
If you do not want to export any of this employee's contracts, you must do this for all contracts individually.
The contract data, work schedules and planning calendars will no longer be imported from Payroll for this person.
