One of my employees is unable to log in. How do I solve this?

There can be several causes for this problem.  

The employee hasn't accepted the invitation e-mail yet.

  • Go to 'Employees'
  • Select 'Settings'
  • Check the message under the e-mail address whether the employee has already accepted the invitation e-mail.

Incorrect access rights.

  • Go to 'Organisation'. 
  • Select 'Access rights'. 
  • Check the employee's rights. Only employees set to 'Guest access' or ‘Can encode’ have access to the module.
  • You can change the employee's access rights if necessary. 
  • Click on 'Save' to keep the changes. 

 

You can also manage employees' access rights in the 'Employees' menu. 

  • Go to 'Employees'.  
  • Select the employee from the list on the left. 
  • Go to 'Settings'. 
  • Check whether the employee is set to ‘Can encode’ or 'Guest access' for the right modules. 
  • Change the access rights if necessary. 
  • Click on 'Save' to keep the changes. 

If employees have forgotten their password, they can request a new password on www.myworkandme.com. They will then receive an email with the new password.
