Hide an asset or a property of an asset from an employee.

An employee with access to assets can view his/her own assets.
However, you might want a certain type asset or a certain property of an asset (e.g. its price) not to be visible to an employee.
You can configure this.
- Go to the Organisation tab
- Choose Assets settings
- Click the 3 dots at the top right of the asset type you want to change.
- Choose Edit
- Click on the eye icon to change the visibility
- To make an asset completely invisible to an employee, click the icon next to the description.
- To make a particular property invisible, click the icon next to the property.
As an asset admin, you always see all assets and their properties.
