What is not yet available during the pilot?

Tasks & Workflows are currently in pilot phase. We are actively continuing development, but not everything is available yet.
What is not yet included:
Reminders
You can already set a Due date for a Task, but it is not yet possible to configure automatic reminders.
This is planned for a next phase.
Grouped Tasks (Workflows)
At the moment, each Task exists individually (for example: signing a contract, ordering a laptop, activating a badge).
It is not yet possible to group Tasks into a Workflow (for example Onboarding).
This functionality is planned for a later phase.
Workflow Templates
Once Workflows are available, you will be able to reuse them via Templates.
Templates are not part of the pilot, but are on the roadmap.
Extended email communication
Currently, the Owner receives an email when a Task becomes Active.
No email is sent when a Task is updated, set to On hold or deleted.
During the pilot, we will evaluate whether additional email notifications are needed.
